Event Producer - Luxury and Destination Events
The Position
You are a detail-oriented, customer-obsessed achiever who loves to see a beautiful plan come together. You will work closely with our talented industry partners to plan, design, and execute exquisite events across Texas and Nationwide.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with event planners and designers to craft solutions tailored to each event.
- Develop essential project materials, including contracts, site plans, and diagrams.
- Direct site inspections and prepare field teams to hit the ground running.
- Oversee on-site operations for flawless execution.
- Coordinate and supervise third-party vendors when necessary.
- Follow up with clients to ensure high satisfaction and accurate billing.
- Share post-event feedback to promote continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and encourage innovation across the company.

Project Coordinator - DFW Area
The Position
Coordinate event productions and special projects across the DFW Region, prioritizing high customer satisfaction through timely communication, precise orders, and outstanding service.

Responsibilities
- Process inquiries and onboard new clients with a warm welcome.
- Conduct discovery calls to gather the information needed to initiate proposals.
- Visit event sites, preparing installation plans for our field teams.
- Create and manage proposals, site plans, diagrams, and client materials.
- Collaborate with the sales team on pricing, scheduling, and logistics.
- Work with warehouse teams for timely and accurate deliveries.
- Cultivate relationships with event planners, venue staff, and industry professionals.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and lead on-site teams when needed.
- Document feedback to celebrate successes and identify avenues for improvement.

Project Coordinator - DFW Area
Crew Leader - Tent Installation
The Position
The Tent Installation Crew Leader will lead and direct projects to completion and manage daily activities on the job site, including operating various machinery, communicating production goals with crew members, and managing teams effectively and collaboratively onsite.

Responsibilities
The ideal Tent Installation Crew Leader will have a strong background in tent installation or construction, be able to lead others effectively, and have excellent customer service and communication skills. The Crew Leader will be able to adapt quickly to changes and problem-solve readily. Additional qualifications include but are not limited to:
- A minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on tent or construction-related crew leader experience, particularly with engineered-structure tents, is preferred.
- Experience and ability to read and translate diagrams to project completion.
- Able to follow and enforce company policies and safety procedures.
- Has experience working with various power tools and equipment of the trade.
- Must work well within a team environment.
- Saturdays and overtime are often required.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred.
Expectations
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Achieve safe and effective installation of all project components.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times.
- Ensure all crew members utilize all required PPE.
- Ensure all installation work is performed following industry and company standards.
