Frequently Asked Questions

What products and services do you offer?

Local to Dallas-Fort Worth, we supply tent and flooring rentals for luxury events across Texas and nationwide.

We specialize in:
  • Clearspan Structures - for large-scale installations with maximum square footage and climate control
  • Tension Tents (Sailcloth and Pole Tents) - for coastal and open-air events with a classic aesthetic
  • Frame Tents - for smaller or back-of-house setups where quick installation and minimal infrastructure are key
  • Custom Structures and Semi-Permanent Installations - for branded activations and long-term projects

We also provide turnkey install and service of temporary infrastructure items including generators, heating and cooling equipment, and restroom trailers.

*Sandone does not carry tables, chairs, lighting, dance floors, or tabletop rentals, but we are happy to offer referrals to other vendors who stock these items.

Do you travel?

Absolutely! From the Hamptons to Hawaii, we happily travel nationwide for premium and luxury events. We do require that an experienced full-service event planner manages all out-of-state projects.

What do you need from me to provide a quote?

To start a proposal, we must know the installation date, specific event location, and scope of work required. We can only determine pricing by knowing where the tent will go, how our crew will access the site, and whether or not we can stake into the ground. Please note that we do not produce “ballpark” quotes.

What is your minimum budget requirement for events?

For local events in Dallas-Fort Worth, our projects typically start at $50,000. For events in markets like Houston, Austin, or out-of-state, minimum budgets range from $50,000 to $100,000 due to travel, logistics, and multi-day installations.

What methods do you use to anchor your tents?

We use two primary methods:

  • Staking (Preferred): Ideal for grass and asphalt; staking provides maximum stability with minimal disruption.
  • Ballasting: For sites where staking is not permitted, we use concrete weights or water barrels to secure the structure.

Our team is experienced in engineering anchoring for a variety of terrains, including slopes, sand, and uneven landscapes. We’re also very familiar with navigating restrictions related to staking, and will work with your venue to find the best solution for your structure.

Do you offer design renderings before installation?

Yes, for large-scale events, we provide design renderings to help you visualize the final setup (including custom layouts, branding, and finishes).

What happens if there is severe / unexpected weather during my event?

Working with your planner, our team will monitor weather patterns leading up to your event and can implement additional measures like sidewalls, ballast reinforcements, and climate control as needed.

Can you handle multi-day events and extended installations?

You’re speaking our language! We specialize in projects that require long-term installations, including extended wedding weekends, multi-day festivals, large tournaments, and corporate activations.

Do you offer semi-permanent or long-term installations?

All the time. Thanks to our in-house fabrication capabilities, we’re frequently called on to design and install semi-permanent structures for hotels, clubs, restaurants, and hospitality spaces, complete with branding and custom finishes.

What happens after the event?

Our team handles all teardown and site restoration, ensuring the property is left in pristine condition. Unlike many rental companies that simply drop off and pick up, our commitment goes far beyond delivery. We are on-site for the entire duration of your event—sometimes for days or even weeks—building staircases, welding handrails, leveling ground, and maintaining the site. Throughout the build and final execution, our crew members will act as handymen and problem-solvers, readying the space for other creative vendors and ensuring everything flows seamlessly from start to finish.

When all is said and done, repeat business is the highest compliment we can hope to receive—so we’ll look forward to working with you again on your next project!
